Tammy began writing her first book after a long journey to find her family several years ago. After it was published, she received hundreds of letters from people empathising with her search. Tammy realised how much she loved knowing that her story had touched so many lives and realised her passion for helping people get their stories out there was something she had to do more of! This encouraged her to set up a business as a ghost writer for celebrities, CEO’s and individuals who want to pursue their dreams of writing a book and has since founded the Homeless Writers Project in America that helps homeless people get back on their feet financially by writing books under her tuition. Tammy’s success at turning her passion into a successful business, and giving back to her community is what makes her an ideal speaker and role model for the young people who will attend the Young Leaders Festival 2014 and she can’t wait!
At just 19 years old, Jermain Jackman was the first male winner of BBC talent show, ‘The Voice’ in April 2014.
Jermain, who is Labour Party Youth Coordinator for Hackney, went to Sir George Monoux College in Walthamstow and has aspirations beyond the music industry – he wants to be Britain’s first singing black prime minister.
“I have been singing as long as I can remember. Ever since I was little I was writing songs and little rhymes with my twin sister. My parents encouraged this creativity by buying me my first keyboard and sending me to piano lessons for children. I also sang in church where the love of music was rooted.
I’m certainly not the typical 18 year old. I strive to achieve, both in education and music and I believe that I am able to do both.”
Jermain is currently in the studio making his first single and album for his new record label Universal Records and supporting his favourite charities.
Will Mussett is an exceptionally talented 21 year old singer / songwriter from Brighton, England who spent most of his teenage years in relative seclusion, working to hone his skills as a songsmith and performer.

Will Mussett has just finished recording his debut album, the first single from that Album “Hurricane” will be released on the 25th June 2014 on Bbrat records along with a lyric video on You Tube.
He has also put together a fantastic band of brilliant young musicians to make the live shows just about as good as it gets!

The Turning hold a badge of identity with their sharp wardrobe and even sharper tunes. This sits comfortably with the development of their distinct hybrid sound, punk urgency and passionate delivery. They are a group of friends who have combined their musical ability and dedicated spirit, to become the best new band on the scene.
